Sandy, great thought. It reminds me of Jim Elliot saying, “Wherever you are, be all there.” We need to enjoy the life God has given us, and we need to learn to work with what we have, and not dream our lives away.

This is a great quote from a great lady. I loved the Schaeffers. They had such a wonderful balance. I think we insist on perfection in others when we know we can’t achieve it ourselves. But we also must strive to do the best we can. To quote another Schaeffer, we Christians are “addicted to mediocrity” much of the time.
